Fragrances fall into several categories. This family of scents is very uni-sex in nature, meaning that they are universally loved by men and women.

Nature does not provide us with essential oils for certain scents. This is when we use skin safe synthetic fragrances. Fresh, green, marine, and modern fragrances are much in demand.

Try some of these delightful fragrances in our natural shea butter and jojoba soaps. Not only will your skin be softer to the touch, you will experience relief from dry-skin and achieve a more youthful appearance to your skin, naturally.

Green: Green scents would be considered "natural" in flavor. The hallmark of this fragrance family is "fresh". Some examples would be: fresh-cut grass, leaves, or simply the smell of fresh laundry that has been dried in the sun on a warm summer day.  To me there is nothing sweeter than the fresh smells of newly cut grass or mown hay.

Oceanic/Ozone: The Marine fragrance family is relatively new and is used to describe scents that evoke a feeling of the sea air. An ingredient called calone is said to be used to give the marine scent. This, too, is a uni-gender scent category.

Modern/Aldehydic: These perfumes are blended from organic chemical that have been produced synthetically. These scents do not exist, as plants, in nature. They are very potent and are used in extreme dilution by perfumists. Aldehydes often make exciting top notes in a perfume blend.

Purely Aveda (type)Olive Oil & Shea Butter Soap

This is my top-rated soap and fragrance by my younger clients!

This is the classic Aveda Shampure scent that is used in fine salons.

It is a crisp, clean, herbal, spa-type scent that really stays with you. Personally; I pick up lavender & pettigrain notes, with a very crisp hint of ylang.

I've enhanced this one with some French Green Clay which is known for it's purification properties. It is a well-loved fragrance.Try layering your personal scent with our lotions and dry oil sprays.

Dragon's Blood Shea Butter Soap

This is a best seller for all kids, big and little!

In ancient times, the Dragon’s Blood essential oil was considered to have special protective qualities.

While I was at my day job, one of my colleagues came to me asked me to make this moisturizing soap for his wife, who was pregnant.

He was insistent that the fragrance would offer her some protection and insure a healthy infant.

This was a new fragrance to me and I was stunned to find that the cost of the essential oil was prohibitively high. Yes, there is an essential oil named dragon's blood. While we couldn't afford the high cost of the essential oil, he was thrilled with the accuracy of the fragrance oil. The baby was perfect by the way.

This is very sensual fragrance, with a hint of vanilla and patchouli. My favorite grandson Zach loves it too because “It makes brown bubbles!”

This is one of the newest additions to Patti's Potions and will speak to your heart and soul.

Many of you know how much I love the island of Maui and this wonderful fragrance takes me there every time.

It is a very lovely soap with bands of sea green and azure blue on a background of frothy white.

The fragrance is a lovely, soft scent that quiets the mind and invigorates the spirit, while the shea butter and jojoba soap pleases the body.

TLC Oatmeal Milk & Honey Moisturizing Soap Best seller! My husbands favorite! 

We are consistently asked which soap is the best seller and all around favorite for both men and women. This is it.

Everyone love our tender loving care, oatmeal, milk and honey. What is there not to love?

Both the fragrance and the soap is a rich blend of oatmeal, a slight touch of almond, heavy on the honey with a splash of milk.

This is an amazing unisex fragrance. This is the product we recommend to our customers who really need help with dry skin. Scrub nurses, docs, beauticians, gardeners, and anyone that washes their hands frequently appreciate the soothing qualities of the goat milk, oatmeal, honey, cocoa butter, jojoba, and apricot kernel oils in this soap.

This product is great year round and especially wonderful during winter months when cold weather really dries out your skin.

One moment it is jasmine petal floral & fresh citrus, fruity, and then the resinous pines intermingle with a lake breeze.

This is a beautiful combination with a sweet musk and woody background and will please women and men alike!

Last summer at the Harbor Market in downtown Kenosha, WI this was a top seller. I only had a small amount of the soap since I like to test the waters before I commit to buying a larger amount of fragrance. This one was a huge hit and I know my returning customers will be very happy it is back!
